Milana Targan

Milana Targan is the Global Head of People Analytics at TransUnion. Ms. Targan's team plays a crucial role in shaping workforce strategy and enhancing organizational effectiveness.  By leveraging data and analytics from HR systems, employee listening tools, and other platforms, the People Analytics team helps create a more motivated and productive workforce and a more meaningful employee experience.

Before joining TransUnion, Milana held leadership roles within the People Analytics and Employee Listening domains across multiple industries, including High Tech, Retail, Healthcare, Public Sector, and Consulting. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.

As an immigrant to the United States and a proud graduate of the San Francisco Unified School District, Milana observed firsthand the vital role that public schools play in supporting the immigrant community, empowering students to succeed and contribute to society. Married to a fellow SFUSD alumnus, and now as a parent of SF public school children, Milana brings a unique perspective and commitment to our mission.
