Carolyn Press Chatham

Carolyn Chatham spent most of her career shaping high-performing teams at Bain & Company and Google. Originally from New York and a graduate of Cornell University, she now applies her professional expertise to strengthening the civic and cultural fabric of San Francisco.

Carolyn is a dedicated advocate for the city’s youth and families. She serves on the Board of Directors for Children of Shelters, Alonzo King LINES Ballet, and the Hayes Valley Neighborhood Association. Additionally, she is a member of the Leadership Council for Tipping Point Community, the Bay Area Advisory Council for Common Sense Media, and the Junior Committee for the San Francisco Symphony.

A proud product of the public school system, Carolyn is deeply committed to ensuring local schools remain strong, equitable, and well-supported for all. She resides in San Francisco with her husband and their three young children, whose future in the city inspires her ongoing community advocacy.
